AI-Based Motion Generation and Manipulation Planning (f/d/m)

You will develop planning algorithms that facilitate manipulation sequenes to secure containers in under dynamic conditions. Your work will bridge perception, decision-making, and control – using AI methods to generate robust, goal-directed motion and interaction strategies that adapt to the task, object, and context.

Your Skills

  • Strong background in motion or manipulation planning for robotics.
  • Experience with modern AI techniques such as diffusion models for trajectory generation or action synthesis.
  • Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow; comfortable integrating models into real-world robot stacks.
  • Familiar with ROS, MoveIt, or other planning frameworks.
  • Solid programming skills in Python and/or C++.
  • Ability to design and evaluate planning approaches in real-world or simulated robot setups.
